Section 2 Disposition versions

2. The board of directors shall admit to an internship a person who

(1)  (a)  successfully completes a program of studies leading to a diploma recognized by the Government under the first paragraph of section 184 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26); or

(b)  holds a diploma or training recognized as equivalent by the Order;

(2)  holds a registration certificate;

(3)  completes a registration application; and

(4)  pays the registration costs set in accordance with paragraph 8 of section 86.0.1 of the Code.
